Looking for a reasonable and unique dessert place in LA? I am not talking about Pinkberry. No...I am referring to Noe Bar at The Omni hotel downtown.
Not only do they have breakfast-cereal flavored ice cream, but they also have ice cream burgers (strawberry, vanilla, and mocha flavors sandwiched between poppy, sesame, or almond macaroon buns). Both for just $9.
