3rd St. is the place to be today for the Sri Lanka Day celebration on the Promenade.
According to Yelp, "At 4 P.M the Sri Lanka Day Parade will take place with Sri Lankan dancers, drummers, masked performers, flag bearers and a theatre elephant to pay honor to an ancient parade that occurs annually in Sri Lanka."
There will also be tons of booths and Sri Lankan food to enjoy.
